We will establish stability and balance in our core and upper body to achieve muscle focus on our glutes. Let’s move and motivate ourselves to follow the video for at least 2 rounds.     I have to say, this burns!! I love doing this at the end of my workout, just to get that last bit of butt work in for the day. :)
