Roxy Athletix Workout Series: Glutes

Keep it right and keep it tight old school style…Video 3 will show you the proper technique to execute a great glute workout. We will establish stability and balance in our core and upper body to achieve muscle focus on our glutes. Let’s move and motivate ourselves to follow the video for at least 2 rounds.     I have to say, this burns!! I love doing this at the end of my workout, just to get that last bit of butt work in for the day. :)

    Exercising has tremendous benefits for your heart and overall health. Alot of people have trouble finding the time in their day to exercise. The way I do it is to set a dedicated time each day and stick to it.
