For Taylr, the alert, clear and conscious mind, a product of this early morning ritual, is a tremendous platform for the creativity that goes into her artwork and designs.
Some quick and easy tips to rise out of bed and take on your early workout:
Go to bed early: By allowing yourself a good night’s rest, you will have energy to take on whatever tasks are ahead for your day.
Set out your clothes the night before: Taylr sets out her Roxy ‘Enhance Capri Tights’ and one of her favorite ROXY Outdoor Fitness Jackets before bed, so the first thing she is ready for when she wakes up is her workout.
Lastly, have a nutritious, balanced breakfast: Start your day with a banana and almond butter, green smoothie, protein shake, or big bowl of oatmeal for a natural energy boost that will last all morning.
With these tips and the motivation to start your day early, you will feel as if you can take on the world. There is something to be said about challenging yourself, mentally, physically, and creatively, before the sun even gets around to rising.
