Roxy Athletix Workout Series: Legs

Video 4 will set a new degree for Long…Lean…Legs :) ! Show off your skills with squats, stair work, and a run. Our Muscle Focus: quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves, while creating balance in our core and upper body. I challenge you to follow the squat series and stair workout for 3 rounds and finish out with a run that will take you through 5 songs or more.
