I’m sorry but most of the votes linked with Lori were invalid because they were not actual email addresses and they were linked with the same exact home address that Lori registered with. Because of this she did not win the viewer’s choice award.
Same old design and colors that already hit the stores this summer…this design isn’t very fresh, i’m dissapointed that it won…won’t be in style by the time they manufacture it
Really nice work on the bathingsuit i would just personaly never buy it just because it was alittle to much but congrats on all the other girls ( and me) for taking the time to give ideas to ROXY for awsome bathingsuits!

this sucks so much.not original very ugly would never buy it there were so many other more creative ones than this crap
i definently think its really cute…
but when i first heard about this “Design” contest i thought it was the actual silhouette/overall design being judged…i wasn’t aware this was a “Textile” contest.
I can only assume the hurtful comments are from the 14-year-old and under crowd (either physically or mentally) so no one is phased by them. Character has no age, but sometimes age has no character. If you were old enough to compete, you are old enough not to whine. The winner, by the way, is at the youngest end of the competition, GOOD FOR YOU CHRISTINA!! We are very proud of you.
i just want to voice my opinion. the bikini is boring. its not ugly, but its very last season and nothing to be WOWed about. it is not fashion forward nor is it fresh and stylish. this contest should of had better judges that picked new designs with potential to sell big. this bathing suit seems like a cliche-done before. i mean, how many times have you seen a bathing suit that is black with rainbow colors? personally-BILLIONS of times! it is just like a paint splattered bathing suit but with brush strokes instead of just spilled paint.
the funny thing is, roxy just got all those design ideas for free. marketing ploy. i think theyre were good designs but why make fun of the girls who won? not like they can revoke it. and the comments should be directed at roxy because whoever was put in charge had a certain preference. and its just a winning design, theyll probably tweek it and make it their own with just the same idea.. soo whatevs losing its ineviable, it builds character.

O.k. The design is very nice. I think the person that won deserved it. Obviously that is what the ROXY people were looking for at that time. I mean ROXY has been around for a long time, I think they know what there doing. So everyone that is being so “over-opinioniated”… That Rude! I’m sure everyone worked hard on their ideas but it was a Contest. There is only one winner for a reason.
how is this original? i’ve seen at least 3 bathing suits that look almost exactly like this! its would have been nice to see something more original and creative win…also something that looked like it had a lot of detail. i wouldn’t buy this but whatever not my decision…

Really move on alrighty life is much to short to worry about this very small issue. people are losing there jobs and homes wake up people and reach out a helping hand, rather than a sharp word.

OK first thing: I just saw two comments that said nice fabric. That would mean it was already made and you like the texture or the comfort. I think you meant I like the design. Second: I congratulate the winner. I also entered and I know what an honor it must be. Third my true feelings without my biased opinion on the fact that I had a chance to win: It isn’t that wonderful. I saw many other contestants that had designs that were amazing and, even though I hated to admit, they were better than mine. I loved the experience and I’d do it again any day. But the truth is: designing takes a talent your born with and the bathing suit that won is more computerized and not very balanced. Im not saying just because they made it on the computer its ugly, I mean that its just not very balanced because even on the computer, it should look artistic and unique. Which it really isn’t. I drew mine and I must say I’m probably more prone to liking one created by hand. It just shows more talent, in my opinion. All in all it isn’t the worst one, but it isn’t exactly the best either. This did show that it was more voted by friends who each person asked to support them. But it was still a good experience.
I think this design is REALLY CREATIVE AND FLASHY.
I would never wear it personally.
I think it’s great that the people who won won and that they get their design as a baithing suit.
I think that PEOPLE HAVE TO STOP BEING SO RUDE AND NEGATIVE ABOUT CHRISTINA.

You all are a bunch of cry babies! Who cares if you lost…. it was a 1 in a million chance, you probably would have never won. And, if you dont like the suite, freaking buy a different one.
I actually really like this and hell yes I would wear it! I never even knew Roxy had these contests until now. Also most of the comments posted are just peoples’ opinions that think the design is distasteful, however, apparently it is not the majority that agrees with you. A lot of the comments sound like “sore losers” comments, grow up. If you think her design is ugly, and she is the winner, I wonder what others that of yours?!?! lol. stupid, childish, selfish people.
All the people out there who are saying that her design is horriable and ugly. I totally disagree i would wear that in a hearbeat i think it so COOL!! I think that you are jelous that you didnt win so you are taking it out on the winner. Next time when you are writting a comment think about if you were the winner and what if you saw the comments. Congrats to the winner you did an amazing job and i will buy your bathing suit!!!
