Athletix Workout Series: Arms and Full Body Sculpt

I bring you workout number 2! This one will tone your full body and your arms. Ladies, this one is going to make you sweat, it is hard, but worth the work! The main muscle focus being your triceps and abdominals, ensuring a full body workout through stability and balance. I encourage you to repeat this video three times in a row and you should be able to complete this in under ten minutes (no breaks :-) ) Do this workout routine three times per week and your body will shape into a beautiful form. 50 minutes of a mixed level yoga class from beginner to intermediate. The sequences will be specially designed to build strength, increase flexibility and connect breath, body and mind. Students will leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed!
