You might have recently seen our latest enthrallment, the French band, Phoenix on Saturday Night Live or maybe on the Late Show With David Letterman, performing “1901“.  Their sound is a fresh rendition of Daft Punkish blasts of disco and The Strokes.  Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, their fourth full-length album, has already broken through the mold by topping the Billboard Top 40 during the first week of its release.  Check out the song “Lisztomania“, it demonstrates their musical confidence with a tinge of chaos and danceable ambience.
