What makes a great longboarder?  Music and bananas!!!

"Before I go out in the water I usually just relax, listen to some music, and eat a couple of bananas," said Roxy team rider Kassia Meador when asked if she had any pre-heat rituals at the 2nd annual Roxy Jam Cardiff.  LOVE it!

The Roxy Jam Cardiff was such a chill event.  Surfing…art…music..AND it raised money for San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy through the board raffle, tee sales and other activities on site (which is so important!) Roxy team rider Jen Smith totally rocked!! She won the Linda Benson Women’s World Longboard Pro making her the current US champion of surfing! Yeah Jen!  Can’t wait to see what’s next!
